Caeli; Pitcka, did you want to celebrate the holiday together? We can do so at my snowy cabin. It’ll be exciting, since it’ll be the first time we can do so as a couple.

Caeli; It’s something called Christmas. And there’s lots to do for it. And alright 💖 I’ll see you soon.

[ whatever this christmas is if it's for couples he's all in. So even though he said "in a few minutes", he ends up taking longer - because he wants to dress nicely for this, and make sure he's as beautiful as possible.

But he does finally knock at Wild City ]

[ childe opens the door in a holiday sweater, his arms immediately opening to drag scara into a hug. ] Happy Christmas, Pitkca, [ kisses the crown of his head. ] I love you. Thanks for coming. I thought we could make cookies, find and decorate a tree…

[ the cookies he gets, but decorating a tree?? What a weird tradition. He should have read on it ]

[ he hugs him back and stands on his tiptoes so he can kiss him on the lips, though it still requires him to pull him down ]

Are you sure you want me to prepare them with you?

Of course. [ scoops him up and brings him inside and to the snowy cabin. ] I don’t understand every bit of the holiday… but it sounds like fun. And I want to do it with you, yes. But if you’d rather not make cookies, then we can do something else. [ peppers him in kisses. ] I just want to spoil you today.

[ he's returning each and every kisses, and if he looks like he's a little giddy and way too happy, it's because he is. This already feels special and he barely understands it. But it's a first - a special occasion to spend with someone special ]

We can spend the day doing stuff like that.

Good… I want to too. I bought you a scarf, coat, and some gloves, so we can go out and find a tree to decorate. [ he sets him down once they reach the cabin. ] I made sure to get a ton of groceries too, so we can also make dinner.

[ goes to get him all the clothes he got him. ] Would you like to get the tree first? And then I can warm you up with some hot chocolate.

We can look for the tree first. I guess I'm going to have to change now, since this isn't really weather appropriate.

If you don’t think you’ll get too cold, then you can just put all of this stuff on… but I can also give you something warmer to wear… [ going to grab all the warm clothes for them both, quickly getting into his own and wagging his tail like crazy. he’s incredibly excited. ]

Mmm ... if you promise to keep me warm, then just putting these on should be enough.

Of course. I’ll do everything I can to keep you nice and warm. [ going to give him all the stuff, and then drop a kiss onto his nose. ] If you do find yourself getting a little chilly, then I can always turn you into something furry.

...Mmm. I wouldn't mind being a kitten for you again.

[ he seems to enjoy being spoiled like this, all the attention is practically making him glow ]

Let's pick a good tree then.

You do make the cutest little kitten, Kotik. [ holds a hand out to him, ] Let’s pick the biggest tree we can find. I bought a ton of decorations that we can not only put on the tree, but also put all around the house. [ starts heading outside into the snow. thankfully it’s not too chilly, but it IS snowing. ] Have you ever done any snow activities? Like building a snowman or… maybe ice skating again?

[ he didn't exactly have the chance to do something so silly when he was in Snezhnaya - it was all business, after all. ]

I will. [ leads him along the snowy hills and heads into the small forest that surrounds the place. he moves his tails around him to keep him warm. ] Do you see any one that looks good?

[ he's actually putting effort in this, trying to look for a tree that would be big enough to decorate ]

Looks perfect. [ he’s going to move away from Scara and start swinging at the tree. ] Be careful… [ chop chop chop. ] I don’t want this to fall on you, darling.

[ he'll pull back so Childe can do that without worry ]

I could probably handle it just fine, you know.

...maybe, but I don't want to worry about you getting smushed on Christmas.

Oh? But I do plan on getting smushed. By you.

[ childe misses striking the tree and he stammers, stumbling forward and nearly falling into the snow. ] P- Pitcka! [ he looks back at him, face flushed a deep dark red. ] Y- Yeah, you want me to smush you? eHeh.

Oh? Did that catch your attention. But first, we need to decorate and take care of the cookies.

...you're going to make it hard to focus on that sort of thing if you keep this up. [ goes back to chopping - the tree falling down a few moments later. ] You ready to head back or did you want to build a snowman together? Or go ice skating?
