...there isn't much that I would have wanted. I spent so much time meditating that there is little I desire. Of course it would have been nice to get some of the sweets from Inazuma, but those are merely a fleeting fancy. I would rather pick something that will have a more... lasting impact.

I can't really picture myself wearing it again. It brings up a lot of painful memories. ... but a lot of good ones too.

I doubt the pain from everything we've experienced will ever truly go away, but as you said... having each other certainly helps ease it.
I imagine that's going to be an interesting conversation... [ and one she's probably going to have a hard time believing when the time finally comes. ] This time I'll be there, waiting.
I can imagine, but... I'm glad that it hurts just a little bit less. Perhaps there's something I can do to make it easier to remember you when the time finally does come.
