[ he'll help him get into the tub, starting the water after and making sure it's warm enough that it won't be startling, washing him off first before he tries to fill the water properly ]

…aftercare, [ he says in a bit of a daze as scaramouche cleans him up. ] I do like it. Cuddling too. It’s… nice, relaxing too. [ nuzzles into him, leaning his full weight on Scaramouche. ]
[ cute. He'll kiss his cheek after he nuzzles into him, and once he's started to fill in the water he'll move to join him in the bath, reaching for a sponge to start soaping him up, gentle for once ]
[ he circles an arm around scaramouche, weakly tugging him closely as his eyes close. ] I need to sleep, I’m so… I’m exhausted. [ he tries to avoid sinking into scaramouche, instead leaning back and holding him against his chest. he tries to stay awake, murmuring nonsense, but ultimately falling asleep. ]
[ HE CAN'T ADMIT HE LIKES THIS TOO, IT'LL RUIN HIS IMAGE!! So Childe falling asleep works in his favor. He's going to take care not to wake him up as he washes him, and once they are both cleaned properly, he'll carry him back to his room. He's going to put him on the couch as he cleans the sheet, but after that, he'll get him to stay comfortable on the bed
and sneak into his arms immediately after so he can cuddle ]
[ and though he’s not conscious he appreciates all of this! once he’s clean and deposited onto the bed he scoots toward scara’s warmth, thankful to feel him do the same and enter his arms. he nuzzles him, his tails moving around scaramouche like a blanket. ] Mmm. [ he sleeps soundly for a bit, but eventually he stirs, opening his eyes groggily and catching the cuddling. ] … [ he’ll keep quiet for a few minutes, just enjoying this for what it is. ]
[ by the time Childe wakes up he's the one sleeping soundly, all cuddled up against him and though there are the usual tears falling down as he sleeps, he seems pretty content ]
[ he brings a hand to scaramouche’s face to remove any stray tears. he’s glad he seems more content than the last time he caught him crying in his sleep… ]
